Lambeth’s Covid Transport Plan lists has adapted over the summer and this shows our current understanding of delivered schemes, in progress and upcoming.
- Low Traffic Neighbourhoods
- Delayed but funded. Timetable tbc.
- Streatham Wells
- Brixton Hill
- Healthy Routes
- Cycleway 5 (Clapham Common to Waterloo) upgrades
- Kennington Road (Protected tracks IWM to Lambeth North)
- Atlantic Road (closed due to Network Rail viaduct works)
- Streatham – Herne Hill “Quietway”. (Norwood Road lanes upgraded with wands northbound)
- Rosendale Road (Brockwell Park to Turney Road section now has wands)
- Access only roads
- Cornwall Road (outstanding)
- St Matthew’s Road
- Windmill Drive
- Larkhall Rise Bridge (QW5). Modal Filter implemented.
- The Cut (closed to through traffic)
- Other improvements
- Barrington Road/Brixton Station Road – upgraded cycle lane and new parking restrictions
- Bus Lanes now “At All Times” on A3 and A23 and other TfL red routes (TfL scheme)
- CS7 Clapham – Elephant. Banned turns, parking and loading changes. Bus lane widths increased. (TfL scheme)
