Have your say on an important new Lambeth cycle route at our June meeting

We hope you can join us on Tuesday, 16 June 2015, for the next Lambeth Cyclists monthly meeting.

At the meeting we will be hearing from Lambeth Council and Sustrans about the new Quietway which will run from Waterloo to Croydon via Clapham Common.

We want to make sure that this new route is more than just a bit a green paint and provides real Space for Cycling.

Our vision is a traffic calmed safe route suitable for all cyclists whether they are children going to school, people cycling for leisure or commuters wanting a quieter route away from the main roads.

We will be going through the route street by street so need local knowledge of the most cycle friendly roads to use and would welcome your knowledge of local problems.

As well as discussion of the new quietway we will also be discussing the latest cycling developments in Lambeth – how is the borough progressing with 20mph, two way for cycling and other cycling matters?.

The Lambeth Cyclists meeting takes place Tuesday 16 June 2015 7:30-9pm at the Stockwell Community Resource Centre, 1 Studley Road, Stockwell SW4 (behind Stockwell tube station: lots of cycle parking available) All welcome
