Are you registered to vote?

The cyclists’ vote in Lambeth could significantly influence the outcome of the local elections: many seats on the council have small majorities so the way that you vote could determine whether one candidate is elected or not.

But in order to vote you will need to be registered!

The registration process is simple: fill in the form available from Lambeth Borough Council (phone 020 7926 2144) or on the Lambeth website.

You can register to vote in local elections if you are a citizen of the UK, Ireland, another EU country or a Commonwealth country. You have until 20 April 2010 to get your registration form into the council in order to vote on 6 May. If you are going to be away on 6 May contact Lambeth to apply for a postal vote.
